Project Manager | Munster | Hybrid | Permanent

Hiring on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee delivery of complex solutions across diverse industries including Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of products and services across multiple client engagements
• Define project scope in collaboration with clients and internal teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget
• Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support backlog refinement, effort estimation, and user story clarity
• Manage project changes, documenting and assessing impacts on scope, budget, and timeline
• Identify and mitigate project risks through collaborative problem-solving with stakeholders
• Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies — Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid — based on project needs
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across different workstreams and client environments

Requirements

• 5 years project management experience delivering mid-to-large scale projects on time and to budget
• Strong cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0, digital transformation, and emerging technologies
• PM certification desirable
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects simultaneously
